William H. Dassin is a seasoned Liberian banking and finance professional with over nine (9) years of progressive experience in credit management, retail banking, financial administration, and risk analysis. He currently serves as Credit Manager at SIB Liberia Limited (SIBLL), where he leads credit operations, supervises credit officers, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides strategic reporting to executive management.
William holds three Master’s degrees: an MBA in Accounting from the University of Liberia (2026), an MBA in Economics from Cuttington University (2025), and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Liberia (2023). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management. His academic and professional background provides strong analytical capabilities in financial management, credit risk assessment, economic competitiveness analysis, and banking operations.
Throughout his career at SIBLL, he has held several leadership positions, including Acting Head of Administration and Manager of Retail Banking. In these roles, he oversaw procurement processes, retail product strategy, deposit mobilization growth, MSME banking, and regulatory compliance. His work strengthened lending procedures, improved portfolio monitoring systems, and supported institutional growth.
William possesses extensive expertise in:
