Dr. Kweku Nduom

Dr. Kweku Nduom is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years of management experience across key subsidiaries of Groupe Nduom in Ghana and the United States. He currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at Groupe Nduom Washington, DC, a role he has held since 2010. In this capacity, he oversees the operations of the Washington office and provides strategic management, consulting, and procurement services to affiliated companies within the Groupe Nduom network.
Prior to leading the Washington, DC operations, Dr. Nduom served as Chief Financial Officer of Coconut Grove Hotels in Accra from 2008 to 2010. He was responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the privately owned hotel chain with properties in Accra, Elmina, Obuasi, and Sakumono, strengthening financial management systems and supporting operational growth.
Earlier in his career, he worked in the United States as a New York Associate at GE Capital Corporation (2006–2008), where he led eight debt financing transactions that generated approximately $120 million in GE commitments and over $48 million in Net Earning Assets (NEAs). This experience sharpened his expertise in corporate finance, investment structuring, and capital markets.
Dr. Nduom also holds insurance qualifications under the New York State Brokers License, further broadening his financial services expertise.
He earned a Doctorate in International Business from The George Washington University School of Business, a Master of Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Healthcare Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Finance from Princeton University. His academic background, combined with his international management experience, positions him as a strategic and forward-thinking leader with a strong foundation in finance, global business, and institutional growth.
